Panel Discussion

Panelists will discuss how carriers are applying AI today and what they increasingly expect from agents, where agencies can realistically use AI to improve workflows and efficiency, and what guardrails should be in place to manage documentation and E&O exposure. The discussion will also explore what may be coming next, helping agency leaders think ahead without overinvesting or overcomplicating their operations.

The session focuses on clarity and practical insight, offering a grounded look at how AI can be approached thoughtfully and responsibly in an independent agency environment.
